The Expanse Themed Cake!  100% Edible Cake.  

The Protomolecule Hybrid creature is modeling chocolate with a cake center and blue isomalt eyes and body crystals. The blue isomalt crystal structures were made by pouring hot isomalt over ice. The cake is layers of gradated blue vanilla cake, buttercream, and white chocolate ganache. The logos on the ship are printed with edible ink on icing paper.
