100% Edible 3D Sculpture Cake!

​

-Funfetti vanilla cake with pink buttercream frosting.

-Modeling chocolate was used for nearly all of the sculpting and coating, except for a few tiny pieces that I used sugar gum paste for.

-The water is piping gel

-The splashes are isomalt that I melted and poured over ice to get that splash texture.

-The inside of the dog is soft caramel, and inside the innertube is milk chocolate fudge.

-The grass is food-dyed coconut.

-Everything was "painted" using edible Portaleo Paints.
