100% edible 3D necklace cookie!

Every element is edible:
-Sugar cookie core with a layer of chewy caramel
-White and pink chocolate exterior (I sculpted a master mold that included lace, cast it in food-safe silicone, and used that to create the batch). 
-Edible white and gold sugar-pearls attached with edible adhesive. 
-Chocolate cameo - molded, cast in chocolate, coated in edible gold leaf, and hand painted.
